Recently,it was found that some companies or persons made use of customers’ trust on brand of “AUPO” and illegally used it to sell fake and inferior thermal protection products, without written permission of our company. This kind behaviour seriously misguided customers,infringed on our trade mark and undermined our brand reputation. Our company(Zhangzhou Aupo Electronics Co.,Ltd) hereby declare as below:
1.Any company who sells AUPO brand or similar products via online or offline channels (including but not limited to third party platform, like JD,Taobao,Alibaba,Amazon,etc),without written permission of our company must stop the behaviour of infringement immediately.
2.Our company will take legal actions against company or person who illegally used Aupo’s brand to conduct business activity.
3. Kind reminder to our partners,related buyers that please confirm your cooperative party and check with our salesperson directly or call our company for verification when purchasing AUPO products, to avoid any loss to you.
